Domestic Relations
The Susquehanna County Domestic Relations Section is responsible for working with families to establish and enforce support obligations for children and spouses. Domestic Relations is part of the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County.
The Domestic Relations Section is the filing and docketing office for all Domestic Relations matters.
Domestic Relations employees may provide general information to the public about the Pennsylvania Child Support Program and the services provided by Domestic Relations although employees are not allowed to provide legal advice.

The Domestic Relations Section does not handle custody or visitation matters.
