Mission
Our mission is to provide each juvenile offender with the tools, skills and support required to become responsible and productive members of society. Instructing them in accountability for the offense and providing attention to the protection of the community. Following the Pennsylvania Juvenile Justice Philosophy of Balanced and Restorative Justice.
Function
Review, investigate, and provide supervision of juvenile offenders who are alleged to have committed misdemeanor offenses after their 10th birthday, and prior to the juvenile’s 18th birthday.
