It is the Susquehanna County Clerk of Courts office policy to have all Requests for criminal searches in writing and to include the Name, Date of Birth and Social Security Number.

The fee for a criminal search is $15.00 per name. Checks Should be made payable to: Clerk of Courts.

Our office now offers a program through Pennsylvania’s Unified Judicial System (UJS Web Portal) for those in need of information on a regular basis from various county public information data bases now available via: Internet. This program provides case information starting from the year 1996 to present.
